Modes of Payment
Payments can be made in cash (Kenyan currency), institutional cheques or Pesapal (VISA cards & MPESA).
Check Out
Ensure you carry all your belongings and have settled all your bills upon exit. We'll not be responsible for lost items.
Meals
Whenever you order meals ensure they're eaten because meals not eaten are non-refundable / transferable.
Extra Requests
Special needs and requests must be arranged in advance and confirmations made by Pine Breeze Getaway Lukenya.
Data Privacy
Your private data is only used for processing your booking and is never shared with any party without your consent.
Pets
Pet services are not provided at Pine Breeze Getaway Lukenya, neither are pets allowed at any location within our premises.
Children & Extra Beds
Child cots or extra beds are not provided at Pine Breeze Getaway Lukenya. In the case of bed-wetting, the price of new mattresses will be charged to the respective persons (adults).
Conference Cancellation
Must be done either in writing and/or email. These cancellation fees apply: Up to 21 days prior to event: 50% due, up to 15 days prior to event: 75% due & less than & including 7 days: 95% due.
