Terms & Conditions

Rates are per room and per night on the bed and breakfast basis. Inclusive of relevant taxes, levies and service charge. Extra guests per head Kshs. 3,000. Please note that these rates are negotiable. Rates are subjected to change without prior notice, however, room rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honored.

The hotel reserves the right to pass on increase of any statutory changes on taxes.

The above rates are commissionable at 10% to bonafide travel agents and tour operators. We regret that we cannot accept cheques unless cleared in advance of arrival.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as proprietary travelers’ cheques. We also accept M-PESA and Airtel Money.

Day Rooms (Subject to Availability). Half day room rate will apply from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Guests departing later than the time specified shall be charged the full day rate.

Airport transfers can be provided for international and local flights upon prior request at a rate of $30 (one-way) per vehicle.

  • 1 child staying with one adult below twelve shall stay free, above twelve years shall pay the full adult rate.
  • 2 children staying in their own room (alone) above 12 yrs shall pay the full amount of a standard adult rate.
  • An infant is classified from 0-2 yrs and can stay for free, a baby cot shall also be provided upon request.

A group booking is a booking of 10 rooms plus of which rates shall be quoted on request.
